This Service Fulfillment Policy ("Policy") provides an overview of service delivery and payment terms for Katy Culver LLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our") coaching services. Detailed terms of service are provided in individual coaching agreements, which serve as the primary terms of service. This policy is provided for payment processing purposes and dispute resolution.

Service Delivery and Timeline

Katy Culver LLC delivers professional coaching services through a combination of group coaching programs, one-on-one coaching sessions, and community support. Our services are delivered through industry-standard video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom) and course delivery systems (such as Kajabi).

Upon confirmation of payment, clients will receive access to their program materials and platforms within 24 hours. The specific delivery methods and schedules for each service are detailed in the individual coaching agreements.

Successful delivery of services is defined as the provision of coaching services in alignment with the terms specified in the client's coaching agreement, including but not limited to the agreed-upon number of one-on-one sessions, group calls, and asynchronous support. In the event of provider schedule changes, clients will receive advance notice via email, and any concerns will be addressed directly with affected clients.

Refund Policy

Katy Culver LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund for any purchased services under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

This no-refund policy applies to all payment methods, including both full payments and payment plans. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Payment Terms and Processing

Payment for services may be made in full upon enrollment or through an approved payment plan. Payment plans are available either through Klarna payment services or direct payment processing. Clients utilizing Klarna payment plans must resolve any payment issues directly with Klarna. For direct payment plans, a grace period of seven (7) days is provided for failed payments. The Provider reserves the right to suspend service access for unresolved payment issues.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by their payment providers.

Technical Requirements and Client Responsibilities

The successful delivery of our services requires clients to maintain appropriate technical capabilities. Clients are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection capable of supporting video streaming, as well as devices capable of running standard video conferencing software. Clients must maintain active email accounts for important communications and have the ability to access our course delivery platforms. The Provider is not responsible for service interruptions caused by client-side technical issues.
